Too Much of a Good Thing I & II, 1993

James Mellick

1993    Size   H: 33 in  W: 12 in  D: 7 in

In a private collection

Walnut and Poplar with copper trim. There are two in private collections in New York City and Columbus, Ohio. It is an allegory of the return of religious freedom, specifically Christianity, after the fall of Soviet Union. Obvious in the design is my love for the Northwest Coast native art.
